BOOKING TICKETS
- You can book tickets for all events through our website http://www.paradossotheatre.com
- We are also working with venues Black Box Belfast (www.blackboxbelfast.com) and Strand Arts Centre (https://www.strandartscentre.com) and certain events will also be available to book through their websites.
- All online events will go live at a specific date and time as detailed on the event however will be available to book on demand throughout the festival.
- Once you book for an event you will receive a confirmation email.
- For live events: You do not need to print this email, just present on your SMART phone at the venue.
- If you have booked for an online event you will receive an email confirming your booking immediately.
- You will receive an event reminder 48 hours before the event starts.
- You will receive a link to the event 3 hours before the event starts.
- Prices for events range from FREE to £8.
- Personal Assistant – We offer a complimentary ticket for a Personal Assistant to attend an event. To request a Personal Assistant ticket please email paradossotheatre@gmail.com
- We do not offer refunds unless the event is cancelled.
- Accessibility – Please let us know at the point of purchase if you have any special requirements so we can ensure your comfort at the event.
COVID INFORMATION
We want everyone to enjoy our events and feel as safe as possible so here is some important information for you:
We would encourage booking in advance so that we can manage seating arrangements and ensure appropriate social distancing.

We will be carrying out temperature check on arrival to live events.
Please wear Face Masks when moving through a venue. Face masks can be removed when seated.
Please DO NOT attend any in-person events if you feel unwell, or have experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the previous 14 days.
What we will do to ensure your safety:
We will clearly mark attendee flows throughout each venue – one-way flows, separate entry/exit arrangements, staggered access times and floor markings etc to influence crowd behaviour.
Visible staff/volunteers and signs into each space, reminding people to be aware and maintain space.
We will work with each venue to ensure adequate hand washing and cleaning facilities.
Hand sanitiser at main entry points and throughout our venues.
Ensure venue clean frequently touched surfaces regularly throughout the venue, in addition to routine cleaning.
PPE will be worn by all staff and volunteers, and will also be available for attendees where necessary.
Patron contact details are collected when tickets are purchased for contact tracing purposes.
